Your existing network of compliant hunters can download and use the app for free. We’ll introduce new hunters after they pass an exam and supply all the paperwork you need. All this to feed your demand pipeline so you can plan volume across the day, week and season instead of chasing it.
Every shipment arrives with digital Poison Use Statements, Supplier Statements and the maps of each hunt session. Scan-in on arrival, weigh-in the supply and the custody chain is complete. All of your compliance documentation is stored in the cloud ready to hand over to MPI on request.
You can see exactly what’s in your hunter network chillers and freezers the moment they complete a day or night’s work. Call it in, arrange a collection or wait until you have capacity. Your console shows what’s available so you can keep your customers happy. If a hunter is listed, they’ll select a processor based on demand.
Every kilo received and scanned in creates a draft bill to pay your hunters. Agree on the weight at delivery and export bill-ready CSV straight into Xero instead of re-keying paper dockets. Your pricing is live for the hunters so they know what they’ll get paid.
Harvester credentials, declarations and audit trails are enforced by the system, ready for you to export to MPI whenever they request. Flights are recorded at 10ms and stalking marks trails at 25m intervals so you can see where the harvest comes from.
Field inventory, pipeline, intake, payments and hunter roster — the whole operation in a single view built for the plant. Less paper to chase from hunters or landholders because they can’t start harvesting until everything is approved.
Every time a hunter completes a harvest, their Supplier Statement and Poison Use Statements are attached to every shipment. The record of the wild game that they are handling is carried from the site to you, the processor, for full traceability.
